Ron, my info is that the billion was already coming in before this war started. And that was only one mineral(can't remember which).
I talked to a Macedonian Albanian Member of Parliament who knew what I was asking about and was also worried about the Kosovar govt. retaining control of the mines. Cubs-Sox rainout maybe. Now that's a disaster! Dusty
