However, you are forgetting that those "incompetent" Russians have the ability to place a 200 megaton nuclear warhead in your backyard hot tub tomorrow morning if they wanted to. They couldn't do anything constructive towards peace in the
Balkans, except for a small peace keeping force in Bosnia, so now they send 200>>

Indeed they are comedians. However they got into Kosovo with 200
man who had to borrow water and bread from Brits and forced the
incomptent people in the State department to get them zones of responsilbity!
