Ge Ying Fang, I just had a new neighbor move in from Colorado. He works in drilling tools. Talking with him last night, he says that activity is now picking up onshore in west Texas and New Mexico with a number of onshore rigs coming back into service over the last ten days throughout the Intermountain West..... Sales of drilling tools, services are increasing too...
