gigabuys looks good

someone PM'ed me zones.com

but I already have a better OEM source of my own, thanks.

I only critisize Dell as I buy my notebooks from them.
Gateway has nothing comparible to the Inspiron 3500
for the money, especially if you go with the Celerons.

I do have another constuctive critism on Dell and that is
they should provide the same real time component inventory
the salesman have on the web site. Often waiting for one
option can hold up an order for another week or two and if
the buyer knew that, he would likely choose something else.
You'd think after being years ahead of the competition on
their web site, and Micheal so proud that soon half his
sales will come from online ordering, that they'd handle
this standard issue. I order from Ingram Micro Online only
because I can not only see live inventory, by warehouse and
even which ones have backorders and ETA's to each warehouse.
There is no reason Dell could not manage something similar.
