The new, privately held corporation remains focused on TEMPEST and Zoned products for our customers. Other important aspects of the acquisition are listed below. Cycomm's membership in the TEMPEST Endorsement Program transfers to Hetra who was one of the original program members. The 19 products of the ETPL remain endorsed and transfer to Hetra.
