That is a very fair question and I have an answer:

On April 26th, I felt techs hit a double top chart formation. The following day I started to cut back my tech holdings with the highest of highest P/E multiples first.

I am now 75% cash. Many of my stocks have P/E's below 50-60 and can withstand a longer correction. I think many NET stocks will still get sliced in 1/2 from here, yes in 1/2.
