hoffy; on TXCI; yes, I was tempted to buy-in @ .39 before the 'bounce-back' to mid-upper .40's; still have some resistance @ .52;
just a bit of good news and TXCI should take off again;

on the other hand, it may have to establish a firm base @ .40 before going higher; I wouldn't be surprised if it tests .40 a couple more times before making it's next move; whatever the case, it was an impressive comeback for TXCI last week in a down market....sw
