Yes. VLNC was in the Russell 2000 up til last Summer when it was de-listed. If I remember correctly there was indeed a noticeable drop of several points that followed over several months as the index funds took the allotted time to sell off their shares. Hopefully we will see a corresponding move upward over the next several months based solely on being listed again
