What makes you so sure about Alpine SLoth beingthe source of new material? Mine willnot be from him, just right out there in the open for anyone to find. The fact of the matter, is that ZSUN begun operating under its present form upon the acquisition of Momentum Asia and Momentum Internet in mid October 1998 and since that time no Reg S shares were issued. Source please on no REG S shares being issued since the "acquisition" of Momentum? Wouldn't be your little buddies at Veritas would it? Oliver Schonrock, on this board even before you, said in message #36 that 1 mm(split adjusted) REG S were out there. Is he wrong or were they converted before Momentum, is his number accurate or were there even more than that converted?
