Interesting stuff. I was just figuring out the OEX for myself and came up with about 665 strike as being the target. Positive spin coming up this week for a false rally and a J6P close to hurt the OEX option holders????? Which do you put more faith in the components addition or the OEX itself. If you came up with this I assume you have a tally of all the components so I would imagine that the ones with the most open interest would be the ones to watch unless due to weighting of the index, they could still steer them indivdually and get the strikes to all line up. How hard is an upgrade here, a downgrade there. etc Of course that would imply that big money could steer the market and of course we know that never happens <ng> See you after the rally to 660? or will they tank it to get the 642?
