<<DELL is moving rapidly into a whole new game here...Have been putting pieces of the puzzle together since the last shareholders...I don't know how many pieces there actually are...about now I have 10-12 solid new formations that DELL has formed an alliance with or could alliance with...It is intriguing to dream of what they are adding to that "white box concept"...but, one thing is for sure...Anyone who goes long on DELL knows that you'd better never bet against DELL...>>

Kemble: I think you might be on to something... I just was finishing some weekend reading and I came across this release from Michael Kwatinetz of CS First Boston (Dated June 4th):

<<Beyond-the-Box: The PC ISP

We believe several PC manufacturers will soon announce their own ISP services, following the lead set by Gateway.

This is one way for PC manufacturers to leverage customer relationships to gain recurring, higher margin revenue to offset ASP declines.

As opposed to other ISP providers, PC vendors should have minimal customer acquisition costs.>>

Hmmm....there may be some good reasons why CS First Boston still has a STRONG BUY on DELL. Maybe they are starting to put the pieces of the puzzle together as well. IMO, DELL is a master at execution. They may not be first to market with an ISP service BUT they will deliver a better service. DELL is often a fast follower and they move into become a dominant player in a profitable market. We have seen this happen with laptops and servers. It's now starting to happen in the storage arena. And I expect it to happen in the consumer field. Boy, I have been dreaming about the new possibilities for DELLnet when it may come to the North American market. I may have to pick up some more DELL shares at a deep discount before everyone else figures out what could be happening <GG> !! .

Best Regards,

Scott
