It seems to me that you missed a great deal, particularly on the issues of replication of experimental results. I suspect that if you took a lab course in physics where you measured things on a routine basis you would find that your perspective would change quite rapidly. Perhaps it is your legal mind that prevents you from drawing broad conclusions.

Certainly there are problems in measurement. But the inherent imprecisions in no way argue against my central thesis.
