If I buy CCEE I will only own it for a month or two at most, so the lawsuit is not a factor. And shareholder lawsuits are usually settled off the balance sheet anyways. As an example take a look at THNK, they have a shareholder lawsuit pending, but the stock is doing just fine. Or take a look at MDMD--the stock has been on a tear the past two months.
Lawyers are ambulance chasers, and they treat these shareholder things the same way...everytime a stock drops a point of two they jump in.
