Steve, I apologize for the misrepresentation..I was posting from memory at 2-3 AM and the exact timing escaped me. My intention was not to slam anyone but merely to point out the myriad of events that might have affected investor confidence during that 2 month volatile period and what led to the huge collapse during the summer of 96. Insider selling at that time gave the shorts alot of ammunition to question Ancor's valuation at that time, regardless of Ancor mgmt's personal motives/financial situation. CNBC talking heads also made particular mention of insider sales in follow-up shows that year.
