If you ever studied T.A. then you would know that you can OFTEN find an entry point close to the "BOTTOM".
Unless you have such experience trading on these dynamics, you should reserve comments for things YOU do understand.

That is where chart reading come into play! And yes, via charts one can tell when a
stock or market average has bottomed.<

This is one the most ridiculous statements I've heard or read.No one ,repeat no one
,can do that by charts or any other method.
