He is right - all of the internets look like they may go lower...but many people are so far underwater, they don't want to hear it!

I had bet on the low being in, and had to bail, myself.

Looks like they may test the lows from ~10 days ago... it will be interesting to see if they hold, especially if the overall market cracks.

There was this gentle exchange on the Yahoo ATHM thread today:
