Re: 1996 Telecom Act Detail(!) Thread, If anyone can find any info on that three year time limit that I apparently didn't mis-read, it would be of great interest to this thread. If there turns out to be a three year limit, it's coming up soon and the ILECs would certainly know it. Maybe that is why all the big time dance partnering is going on (with seemingly no dance) and could explain why there is such a delay in DSL rollouts. But thanks to you, Bernard, and others, I keep my investing sector open to the idea that twisted copper could explode onto the scene.
