Glenn, WH Smith is the British = to our Barnes & Noble. After seeing what Amzn did to B&N, WH Smith will do whatever it takes, too make sure that they also doesn't get Amzn'd.
Bezo and his PR machine has caused such a fuss, that he's caused all his competition to dig in their heels.
