I disagree. Demand for net stocks does not follow any traditional parameter. I don't want to call it irrational. I think it is predictable. But not by looking at interest rates, etc.... The factors are basically psychological. And to the extent interest rates contribute to market psychology, then they will influence net share prices. But not directly, like they influence utility stocks or REIT's.
