I thought something else would happen, like BLS bidding for USW while QWST bid for GBLX or GBLX/FRO.

This might also be posturing to force GBLX to overpay.

Either there's bad blood between GBLX and QWST and/or Winnick (as I suspect) won't be part of any deal that doesn't leave him in the chairman's seat.

Monday should be fun.
