here is an example of the information I have that illustrates something not quite right now tht we have the timing and pattern of behavior established:

I'm a person and as I have been a very large Firecrest ( Mega Com now XSNI)
shareholder
for about 4 years.
When the company got thrown off the London market I started to investigate
the company.
I found out about the XSNI merger with Mega Com as early as Feb 1998 and
when I put my findings
to the Mega Com Chairman he couldn't believe it.

Cheers

names withheld of course, but it certainly confirms that management at Megacom/Firecrest now XSNI has established a pattern of behavior that they attempt to "hide" and are shocked when found out.

hmmmmm

well, I bet they are not gonna believe that they are found out here too...hmmmmm

bridge over troubled waters or "I can feel the hand of a stranger and its tightening round my throat...of course its the captain of this boat...yeah yeah yeah yeah...

Jacalyn:<<XSNI is xstream technologies, Inc. out of Canada, small cap otcbb stock - I have no doubt and that is all it is/was intended to be for the average investor - the designs for those other old holders of megacom 1 for 1 garbage worthless stocks and firecrest worthless 1 for 2 worthless stock is another story.>>

Jacalyn, you really are a "piece of work." I thought UPTICK was full of s**t but you take the cake. When I was posting that my biggest concern about XSNI was if it was the symbol for the UK free ISP you assured everyone it was and even said you called Lehman's and then wrote a post AFTER that conversation confirming that it was. Then, after the market closes last Friday you write a number of scathing posts about XSNI and now in this one you claim XSNI is not X-Stream the ISP. Are you on drugs?
I hope you honestly believe in what it is you are posting. I hope it is not just some "game" you are playing to try to manipulate this stock in some manner. You have called any number of people associated with X-Stream liars, cheats, scammers, hypsters, conmen, conspirators, crooks and frauds. Seems to me to be a very high price you would have them pay just so you can play your "game."
As far as your most recent, let me remind you how XSNI is described on the OTC BB below. X-Stream Network Inc. Not X-Stream Technologies. Let me also remind you of X-Stream's own description of themselves on the contacts page of their website, wherein they confirm X-Stream Network is X-stream Technology, a Delaware Coporation. In addition below, in their first press release when they opened they were not hiding the fact they were, in fact, the Canadian X-Stream Technology.
Let's not let a few facts, however, get in the way of your emotional diatribe against XSNI and its officers.
Hard to believe, but it appears Proud Dad was right about you after all. PD, if you are still out there I apologize to you. Jeff
