What does pornography have to do with NCDR ? The past is prologue. Check out your Shakespeare. Also check out other BB stocks that have management with questionable pasts. I've been through this a million times. "So what if the IR guy was convicted on a charge of 'counselling to commit murder', everybody makes mistakes!" "So what if the IR guy (another one, John Fasano) is under indictment and currently awaiting trial for his role in the Pignatiello scam?" "So what if that press release about the West Virginia properties supposedly worth $200,000 wasn't exactly true, and so what if the company CEO was sued (successfully) for fraud five years ago?" "So what if the CEO has run two previous companies into the ground, and profited enormously?" "So what if the President of the company collaborated with his father to run an enormous insurance fraud in the early 90s, and then testified against Dear Old Dad in court to save himself?" "So what if the company's managing director has been sanctioned by three Canadian exchanges? Why does that matter?" "So what if the founder and majority shareholder, still considered to be a "key person" by management" is a convicted felon who's served time in Federal prison camp and has been busted for running two major scams in less than ten years?"
