<<Question: Why was there no value in terms of potential sales
numbers mentioned in the press release re: Sun OEM agreement?>>

I'm not a mindreader or insider so I really don't know. I can only speculate that it is unusual for any OEM to reveal sales forecasts, eg I do not see any numbers attached to any BRCD or EMLX OEM announcements either. Also, unless one has an actual Purchase Order or guaranteed minimum quantity specified, putting numbers on press releases leads to shareholder lawsuits. Regarding Sun, all I know for sure is what's spelled out in the 8K filing. Sun does not vest 1 single warrant until they buy a minimum $10 million AND they must buy $100 million from Ancor within 3 years in order to vest the 1.5 million maximum warrants at the $7.30 exercise price. How do YOU think Sun and Ancor came up with these numbers?
