Very good Mama. See, I didn't recall that such was the case, but it was predictable. I feel such a stance is more than necessary in a land of supposed free people- and the Libertarian Party never seems to fail me in its quest for justice and freedom. I've been reading up on the Lauro Kriho case from the fiji.org site provided here earlier. Especially of note is the notion that an all white southern jury(in an area with a 35% black population), acquitting(jury nullification) a white racist murderer, can only be the result of the government failing in it's duty to provide an impartial jury. Indeed, excusing jurors for their beliefs has to be a main cause of such poor outcomes. Dan B
