I'm going to let you all did that one up your selves. I'm not stupid I don't want to help cause a major panick right before I sell. I'm going to take a big enough hit on this one as it is. I was hot on this one so a I felt an obligation to give a heads up on my actions BEFORE I pull the plug.

IVOC Hi Rich, Thank you for your email. As there have been so many inquiries of a similar nature, I am forwarding to you my reply to other stockholders: Here is the structure: 1. 75 million shares authorized. 2. Approximately 50 million shares outstanding with approximately 35 million in the float. 3. Jerry Mahoney was issued 10 million shares (included above). 4. A reverse stock split is on the table, and if this is decided upon, Jerry Mahoney would wind up with 7.4 million shares total, and authorized shares will be reduced at the same time. 5. We are currently negotiating with Investment Bankers, and are working on becoming a reporting company. We would like to apply for NASDAQ listing before the end of the year. 6. IVOC is currently in an expansion mode and is hiring necessary personnel to that end. 7. It is our belief that by expanding our revenue base, while continuing our R & D, that this will cause the stock price to reflect this outcome. I hope that this information is helpful to you.
