Fischer, CFA as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Fischer's experience and education brings business, financial and accounting acumen to the Company. He obtain a BS in Biochemistry from Michigan State University in 1985 and completed his Chartered Financial Analyst certification in 1991. He served as the Vice President and Director of Magna Machinery, Inc., a national CNC (computer numeric control) distributor where he was responsible for increasing annual sales from 10 million dollars to 40 million dollars. He later became President of Precise Solutions Corporation, a CNC machine tool importer. Additionally, he served as a registered financial principal of three NASD ( National Association of Security Dealers) broker/dealers: Noble House Securities, Equico Securities and Bossio Financial Group. He holds and maintains four NASD licenses: Series 24-General Securities, Series 27-Financial and Operations Principal, Series 4- Options, and Series 53- Municipal Securities Principal. As COO, Mr. Fischer will be responsible for the day to day business operations and management of Lenox Polymers Ltd.
