Today, Mr. Kenneth Kurple and the Board of Directors of Lenox Polymers announced the appointment of Mr. Mark H. Fischer, CFA as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Fischer's experience and education brings business, financial and accounting acumen to the Company. He obtain a BS in Biochemistry from Michigan State University in 1985 and completed his Chartered Financial Analyst certification in 1991. He served as the
Vice President and Director of Magna Machinery, Inc., a national CNC (computer numeric control) distributor where he was responsible for increasing annual sales from 10 million dollars to 40 million dollars. He later became President of Precise Solutions Corporation,
a CNC machine tool importer. Additionally, he served as a registered financial principal of three NASD ( National Association of Security Dealers) broker/dealers: Noble House Securities, Equico Securities and Bossio Financial Group. He holds and maintains four NASD licenses: Series 24-General Securities, Series 27-Financial and Operations
Principal, Series 4- Options, and Series 53- Municipal Securities Principal.

As COO, Mr. Fischer will be responsible for the day to day business operations and management of Lenox Polymers Ltd. With Mr. Fischer taking over daily business matters, Mr. Ken Kurple, the Company's inventor and President, will further focus his strategic
relationships and technical developments with a number of multinational companies.

Lenox Polymers Ltd. shareholders' will gather at the Annual General Meeting on Thursday, August 26, 1999 to confirm Mr. Mark Fischer as the Company's Chief Operating Officer. The Board of Directors expects that Mr. Fischer's talents and experience will further the Company's sales, marketing and licensing agreements. The Board of Directors, the Officers and Employees of Lenox Polymers Ltd. remain committed to increase shareholder value through building a strong profitable Company.
