dutch,
i am not the guy to ask about technicals. there are 3 guys who talk about technicals a lot here..all three are out...all three have told me by pm, e-mail or phone call that they are getting back in this month.
i buy rmbs whenever i can get a few bucks together...usually after one of our yard sales.<g>

i have decided to quit thinking about a short squeeze. with all of the great news, production, shipping, upgrades, camino, carmel, 600, 700, 800, pc'c, workstations, ibm, sony and on and on, i think if i keep mentioning the 6,100,000+ shorts they will accuse me of unfairly piling it on.

i think we are entering a long squeeze right now. there was some serious big block buying last week, especially on friday. we have edelstone, business week, a crescendo of constant news releases all happening right now. everyone i know wants to buy more this week.
i only know 3 people that have sold. two in the high 70's one in the mid-80's. they are all thread members and they are all trying to figure out when to get back in. at this point i guess they may wish they held. i have figured out how to make one more buy. i plan to get them in the first few minutes tomorrow if it dips. if not i will look for an entry 20-30 minutes after the open. i do not plan to screw around at this point. i don't think there are enough shares for the longs never mind the shorts.
did it really matter if you bought aol or msft or dell at 75 or 85 before the first split? was it better to buy at 85 or miss the take-off?
