So, Arthur, you want to IPO another company with CEO Dunavant, the horse-shampoo con-man on the team? an IPO ... hey that means a full-fledged prospectus. The disclosure in that prospectus will be more fun than a barrel of monkeys. BTW, Roger Dunavant's last name is spelled with an "a", not an "o". You might want to get that straight before you hire him as your CEO. OTOH, Dunavant doesn't know how to spell your name, either. Take my word for it.
