It is my only concern as well, though I think it a minor one after doing some counting on where those shares actually are.

The reasoning I could give is that they're backed by a lot of patents, goodwill, inventory, contracts, etc. They've been in R&D for a long time, and that costs money. Compare that to a company with half the float that has one guy in a broom closet and a bunch of crap about a webmall, and I'll take VRDE's situation any day. It's also not so bad when you're getting in at support, as it is now, IMO.

If I get any good answers from the horse's mouth, I'll let you know.
