I thought they had the right not to accept the offer or could extend the offer etc. My broker was implying they could tie up the stock for some time with delays. Your right if the stock runs over 62.75 it makes sense to back out. However do you see them going thru with tender offer if not going to merge???

To All,

Since the float is 42 million, will the tender offer take the shares out of the float first or will the insiders and FI's get to unload them first

Also, what are the chances of the Tender being oversubscribed. I talk to my broker at Fidelity and he mentioned in the event of oversubscription, it will be prorated.

Any information on how the tender offer works will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Rahul
