That sounds about right. Did you calcuate these numbers or see them somewhere? Can you give me a link?


No, I just eyeballed the data sheet. 10ns to send the row address, 40ns of access time, and 10ns to get the data (128 bits). I'm sure that's correct. For the 600Mhz I assumed 13.3ns, 40ns, and 13.3ns, which may be optimistic.
