"JJ", as he is called, is technically the IR person, but fills in a bit on the PR side, too. (IMHO TSIS doesn't have much of a corporate strategic public relations function ... but that is another topic.) Not sure whether "Kamloops" is a place (in Canada) ... thought it was merely the name of an Internet Service Provider. FWIW, JJ is okay in my book ... comes from a banking background ... understands what can make or break a good IR program ... has Don's ear, apparently even for the things Don doesn't want to hear <grin>.
