Lets get it straight once and for all. SHAL did not go out and find the companies. They already owned them and all of them were companies Stoner Holmes Jr. already controlled. Stoner Holmes Jr. is one of Sarallitex's IR people. The point is that these were not IPOs of any kind, they were reverse-splits and name changes of existing stocks. When SHAL calls them IPOs they are making material mistatements of facts. SHAL is a factory for OTCBB scam stocks. We would like to hear your wisdom and Market Savvy response to prove otherwise.
