Shelly James manages money for others besides himself. He has been know to book profits, etc. I would be concerned if the more important people at ccur -- the ones actually running the business -- like corky, dan, karen, etc. sold stock. Ignore shelly, but remember he left big bucks for someone else.

DH, Don't fret the sale... that insider info. was released Friday morning, and there was no negative reaction. More importantly, remember that insider buys (per MIT historical study) are good "buy signals" but insider sells are terrible "sell signals."

Maybe he needs cash to make a bid for some R/T company?
