NT can be soft zoned (ala Brocade) via Dell/Msft "clustering" patch so up to 2 (count em) NT servers may share an array. So in that sense, all the statements are correct. I think some may have gotten it up to 4 NT servers by now, not sure on that one. Beyond that, they will require hard zoning.

Listen to Douglas. Hard Zoning allows for better scalability and better performance. IMO Dell is not a done deal. What Brocade may have been selling to Dell was the older Silkworm which supported private loop devices. BTW, Ancor now has the same functionality also. Have you heard of a Dell/Brocade OEM?
