Jeffrey D - if you are going to do a job, do it thoroughly or not at all: I sent the following email to Mr. Manning: Dear Mr. Manning, There have been alot of problems trying to substantiate anything credible about XSNI and it doesn't look good - I am providing this link for you to see how all those puff and fluff rumours that prompted "new money buys" of XSNI are now being challenged with lack of credible verification and questionable history of previously delisted companies that are a part of XSNI through extensive share swapping for any valuation and scheduled selling times are just around the corner.. Subject 28107 please read and confirm what is fact or fiction. I thought Lehmans was going to have a meeting on June 18, 1999 with you and other heads of your company but no one seems to know anything about it but your offices. But no one other than those in your offices seem to know anything about moving XSNI from the OTCBB to the NASD either. So it is rather difficult to have a meeting when there may not be anything to discuss? I was all thrilled to be in this company and posted exactly what you told me when I called in May; however, since I called Lehman Brothers and they asked me to prove that XSNI was related to Mr. Manning/XSTREAM UK - well that rather got me sick. Can't find anyone to substantiate anything material to what was said by you in our May 1999 telephone conversation seems to be a problem - please release a press release stating EXACTLY what XSNI is and relationship to XSTREAM UK - Lehmans does not know what XSNI is but OCTBB small stuff - when I told them what you told me - the just took the information and didn't confirm - just said they can't talk about it. Didn't know if I had the correct Lehmans office inthe UK and since you, Mr. Manning wuldn't help me, I just decided to send all the Lehman offices the SI thread that has alot of information outlined from the past corporations all connected with this new OTCBB listing of XSNI and all the conflict of information regardins those firecrest and megacom shares and stuff. I can't figure it out any more and people are getting pretty hostile - buying on good roumors and calling the company and getting some pretty nice sounding credibility to those "good rumours" as though they are facts. But when I and others try to confirm with other names and credible companies sited by you Mr. Manning, no one wants to touch it. All I want is to know what I bought - you say one thing, old investors in your other old companies say another thing, and all I can find are lots of people with your old company worthless stock swap certificates that you gave them XSNI shares for and they can't wait to start selling them as soon as they can. What exactly did they get with XSNI - they don't seem to care, they just want to get more than they had with those other old worthless stocks. Something doesn't seem right and there are problems brewing and now all the rumours prompting people to BUY XSNI OTCBB stock are getting concerned, and now you won't answer your phone or respond to your emails. Can't find anything in the Financial Times either - all there is all over is Freeserve and Dixons big guns going IPO nothing about our little OTCBB XSNI - what is going on is all I want to know; I was truthful when I talked with you and now I find past activities documented in the UK and United States that are public having been filed in public governing offices that require I get a second opinion until I can trust your word. I doubt that will happen in my case, but you need to address issues quickly for others and you can get a better grip on what you have to respond to if you read the information provided at the link above. Establishes the pattern of those companies already delisted and fell apart due to poor executions etc. My posts are "little people" concerns in simple format that started from the beginning - good rumour, could be oportunity, read alot of good stuff - no outside source to verify; start digging - ie reading, calling, asking questions, seeing time lines relating to my XSNI only -you see and read the history as we all went through it. I am not Joan of Ark - I have no agenda and I don't want to get burned at the stake for changing my mind. I found facts did not match hype and I posted same when I saw what I did. Like being in a plane - the pilot starts out on a flight - great stuff - gets to storm - gets a little rough - gets reports from all over warning warning wind shear ahead - pilot decides to continue flight plan or change course. You decide. I have asked all the parties to help as I can think of; stop picking on me or don't read the posts. Jacalyn
