Rates are now close to the uppertrendline of the declining channel from 1995 and have a very clear 5 wave pattern. I believe we are very near the high in yields and this should be a great area to start buying bonds while there is so much fear and everybody is selling them -g- Stan Harley follows a 26 month cycle in bonds that he has been calling a bottom in June for quite some time. bb
