Then add to that the fact that DIR is a 'tracking' stock, WITC is a start up situation (although it looks like they have their act together), remember that Waterhouse owns 12.5% of ISLD and 9% of NITE, and while it isn't the best system in the world (the name WebBroken didn't come from nowhere) I see them dealing with problems and making progress. For all of their growing pains I've stuck with them. I've also dumped Datek, Scottsdale, and Web Street because of problems I found inexcusable. The words 'customer service' actually mean something at Waterhouse.

Of course if I get my allocation the stock is doomed. -g-
