Clinton and the Socialist Democrats would like nothing better than to suspend the constitution. Too often, it gets in the way of their agenda. For instance, they would like to estimate the census as opposed to actual headcount. Lindsey has been studying the 22nd amendment on succession. (It seems the bastard thinks he can get elected again if not for the 22nd amendment) (Btw, he is a bastard.) And of course, they do not like the gun laws. What they do like is Clinton's rule by Executive Order. He has issued more than any other President.
