I remember reading about Joe Kennedy, the father of John Kennedy.. who in his day, was the slickest and most hated wheeler dealer on Wall Street, he help buy Roosevelt the presidency and then was given the job as head of S.E.C. and told to clean-up wall street.. Everyone said it was like putting a fox in the hen house. Well he did a great job mainly because he knew all of the rules and how they could be broken and who was breaking them...Well Rubin was likely cast in the same mold.. Great???
