I don't understand the hair-splitting. Explain. I thought "exclusive representation" rights meant just that. How can someone then get a contract directly from Pioneer Electric to sell competing product in the USA? Obviously, there is something different about KIDE's contract (I guess), or a loophole. I can't believe SYCD would make such a claim unless it had such a contract right in the USA.
