Wow, talk about a short list....People that have sued the NASD.......You are right on the button....No one would dare fight the NASD during their tenor at a brokerage firm...and the one's that would, most likely have some sort of tarnish on their record......great observation.....it allows the nasd very little backlash........but, why wouldnt a individual who has lost an arbitration case suit them....Ill bet their are a few of them....or how about, appeal cases....must be a list somewhere.... jmho mike
