You see - if no one (all those dumb investors who had sunk money into Firecrest and megacom) has a clue about the stock symbol (XSNI) and they are sitting on a load of shares that will be ready for "release" on a specific date (ie those worthless mega com and firecrest stocks for XSNI stocks) and all those no ones have been waiting for 4 years to get out from lies and restructures and reorganization plans and such and the fact that those same people are saying it really isn't important at this point - I had to think - WHY ISN'T IT IMPORTANT TO THEM?? Well it may not be important to them because they have an opportunity to capitalize on getting some return on what they otherwise had, ie WORTHLESS PAPER for US CASH. Well, I for one, a dumb investor who had sunk money into XSNI do not want to end up in the same position as all those suckers who got caught in firestone/megacom. After all, you consider they are just moving money from one group of dumb investors to another. Some people may not care about the stock symbols and believe at anytime it does not matter - now I know why - take the money and run - run away as fast and as far as you can. I didn't make you drop your money into this and I certainly am not going to make you pull your money out; that I did a 180 in my position should have no bearing on how you interpret the information and it should NOT present such a problem to you if you are so confident with your own decisions. I asked Mr. Manning for the Lehmans number and he wouldn't give it to me; I began looking for the office and NY wouldn't even discuss the company at any department; finally I went back to the UK and talked with Lehmans there (nut may not fall too far from the tree? and I didn't have anything to lose since no one else was calling or providing any facts). I was delighted SOMEONE WITH CREDIBILITY could and would talk about Manning/xstream/XSNI in the same sentence and know who Manning and xstream was - they knew nothing about XSNI OTCBB STOCK SYMBOL and I provided them with the link. If that is not the correct Lehman Brothers handling the XSNI upgrade or IPO for whatever idea Fox Hayes has set up for Mr. Manning - do not fear - I have taken it upon myself to forward the documentation and history of XSNI to date along with everything detailed at SI - all that and more I have provided to Lehmans in London and requested they forward it to the correct department or find out exactly what all this means and please help me as a lowly uninformed ignorant investor. All I am doing is asking for help so I don't end up like megacom shareholders and firecrest shareholders - having to surprise officers of a corporation with information that they didn't want the lowly ignorant investor to have. To me, that doesn't seem right. That way, someone who knows what they are doing will be able to inform all of you out here which time I was correct - my position when I took everything Mr. Manning said as gospel because it agreed with rumours; or my position after I found a pattern of deception. By the way - are you a firecrest/megacom participant? And how many shares are you holding - That would be interesting to get the number of "worthless stock" shareholders have of XSNI before June 30, 1999. Since you have told me that I hit the wrong Lehmans in my search for the correct brokerage house handling XSNI purported movement to the correct trading board, well consider it done that I shall CC my request to London's Lehmans to NY Lehmans office in several of the departments. Someone is going to tell me what Lehmans involvement is if any since Mr. Manning told me there was. All I want is an answer - confirmation - from an outside source - and Mr. Manning told me it was Lehmans. Now if I can't find Lehmans and get bashed for looking - why doesn't anyone involved want me to find anything out? Like I said, I requested Lehmans that I spoke with to help me interpret all the information we have to date and tell me what I have invested in. Now what is wrong with that? And now I have told you that since you are so kind and have been so kind to inform me how stupid I was to neglect the NYC offices - well I have contacted them with the same request. What exactly have you proferred? More of he same fluff and puff. Something for XSNI shareholders that aren't a part of the Firecrest/Megacom group of holders: What is the intrinsic value of XSNI? 1) It has 4 or 5 programming engineers that develop a product for one company - xstream out of UK . 2) where would income be generated in this small OTCBB whose only source of income would be salaries for product that is owned and controlled by xstream out of UK someone help me list more things that is actual fact to add to my list above. Now if it weren't for the rumours and hype, in part confirmed by Mr. Manning, I am sitting on a rocket HUH? Exactly how does Fox Hayes structure and restructure companies, and if they are so good, how could they have possibly made the wrong listing mistake - and Mr. Manning did say it was a mistake and Lehmans was working on that too - are Fox-Hayes making the same kind of mistake with XSNI as with Firecrest and Mega com - who is getting paid to do all this messy work? I know if I did such a crummy job - I'd have been fired, but I am no expert... Jacalyn Say Something!
