Look at this merger...DCLK and AbacusABDR.......ML has a BUY on ABDR as of April 23.....says they think there is considerable momentum and subscription based sales plus there should be a premium for ABDR 's emerging internet opportunities. Revenue growth up 41% for qtr. ML rates 1:1............has only 10 million shares with only 6M float. Is this merger big or what?

Detwiler...http://www.fede.com dated April 6. Management team is very good.
Revolutionary product called Abacus press release April 6. gptx.com. This
product could be huge...Please play devils advocate...I don't see any negatives except
lack of exposure...about to change.

Jenna, How long do you think this weakness in the Internet Sector is going to last ? It looks like a technical triple bottom, will we have to wait until interest rate decision is made ?
