It is the interest/cap ratio (the SCY) that is frightening! THAT may give us the 40%... I posted long ago that 7,900 was the target for me.

Whoa! Sir John Templeton's opinion must be respected in my opinion, especially when he agrees with me. We must remember that even though the Dow itself is not EXTREMELY overvalued as in the "internut" stocks, nevertheless, in good old fashioned REAL bear markets, the PE's tend to go to very low levels in an overreaction phase, where it's the best time to pick the Dow stocks back up again. At least that's what me and John are planning on doing! Yogi
