The DCLK and Abacus deal seems to be relatively minor. I anticipate that what MSGI has in mind with its next acquisition or merger is something more momentous and one that will approach it's goal of becoming a $250 million company by year end. Already MSGI's revenues far exceed that of DCLK, and MSGI is losing significantly less money. Hopefully MSGI's next acquisition will also be immediately accretive to earnings. A company like Grizzard, [http://www.grizzard.com/grizglan.htm] which was rumored a week or so ago, would most definitely fit the bill. How lucky could we be to actually acquire such a company?
