I never thought I would say a stock had too much institutional support, but I think a bunch of funds are playing follow the Van Waggoner and soaking up the entire float. But the product isn't sexy enough to spark a wave of retail buying.

APEX was an interesting stock to DD since I knew little about it and just plucked it off a dormant watch list.
