Katherine,

Whose laser is most probable to provide the best value once 157nm is ready for production? [rhetorical question]

Ian.

SVG has also announced that its 157 nm development program will rely on the Lambda Physik laser.

Katherine... a belated thanks for the info on Lamda Physik as an alternative supplier of the 193 nm and 157 nm lasers. Although I'm long CYMI, I'm always in favor of competition in the markets. Keeps all parties sharp, IMHO. I'll see if I can keep an eye on SVG's development program then, now that you have advised Lamda will be involved in the action.

Katherine, as we move down to .15µ and below, will the Atom Force Microscope become more widely used in the semiconductor area, or will it remain a specialty tool?

Thanks,

Carl
