I liked the interview, I thought he did well.
No doubt there will be volatility. This melodrama is going to play out over a couple of months so people should get comfortable.

I am kicking myself in the butt for not having picked up any USWest options over the past couple of weeks. I must be slipping. In hindsight you could see a fight comming. I usually don't miss this kind of opportunity.

To your question about what to do with the shares, At least for me, if someone was buying Qwest I would sell. However, since Qwest is buying, I'm staying put. I have learned and read alot about QWEST, Mr. Nacchio and Mr. Anschutz over the last eighteen months. I have confidence in management so I will just stand put. Ultimately, I do think this is a good deal. It will drive more traffic onto the QWST network. QWEST big pipes, lots of capacity, the huge upfront cost of building out the US Network is behind them. Every new customer simply means increasing dollars flowing to the bottom line.

IMHO
