No. I think gblx will let us west go and collect the 850 million break up fee. US West is also still obligated to purchase about 10% of Global stock at 62.75 as a break up penalty.

As far as the Fro deal, Global may up the bid. Best scenario will be a counter from quest for Fro and then a Global back out. Global has a breakup agreement worth 20% of Fro stock at 60. A push by Quest to $90........sounds good to me.
